Nanola hluchyi Laszlo, Ronkay & Witt, 2010 白斑棕瘤蛾

白斑棕瘤蛾(Nanola hluchyi)是瘤蛾科(Nolidae)瘤蛾亞科(Nolinae)的成員，模式產地為泰國，分布於泰國、印度北部、越南、緬甸、中國和臺灣(Kononenko & Pinratana, 2013)。本種的頭部與胸部背方為白色，下唇鬚與觸角為黃褐色，前翅為棕褐色底，翅基有一塊白色斑，白色斑上方有一條黑線，前緣靠頂角處有兩塊白斑，後翅為黑褐色，靠翅基處顏色較淡，無其他翅紋，腹部背方為黃褐色，節與節交界處為白色。棕瘤蛾屬(Nanola)是Meganola複合群中的一員，目前已知約11種，主要分布於東南亞與中國(László et al., 2015)，大多數物種以棕色為主，故名為棕瘤蛾；目前臺灣僅記錄其中1種。白斑棕瘤蛾在臺灣目前沒有翅紋近似的物種，其白斑是辨識上的重要特徵，故名之。László et al. (2010)當初發表本種時，指定了來自屏東牡丹(4月)與臺東土坂(12月)的標本作為副模式標本，圖中的個體來自花蓮縣和平林道，2016年3月。

Nanola hluchyi represents one of the 11 Nanola species in the world and the only species of the genus in Taiwan. This species shares no similar wing pattern with the other species and could be easily identified by the white markings in the base and apex of forewing.

Tyana falcata (Walker, 1866 ) 綠角翅瘤蛾

綠角翅瘤蛾(Tyana falcata)是瘤蛾科(Nolidae)白襯夜蛾亞科(Chloephorinae)的成員，分佈於臺灣、中國與印度。本種前翅形狀方寬，頂角與臀角呈明顯折角，底色為綠色，中室末端有大小不一的紅斑；後翅形狀圓，雄蟲後翅相對前翅小許多，底色白色，無其他翅紋，雄蟲於內緣有明顯的發香鱗。本屬在臺灣僅產一種，無近似種，分辨容易。綠角翅瘤蛾在臺灣分佈廣泛，從低海拔到高海拔都有機會見到，圖中標本來自霧社，2011年8月，停棲照則攝於金馬隧道，2010年10月。

Hylophilodes tsukusensis Nagano, 1918 太平粉翠瘤蛾

太平粉翠瘤蛾(Hylophilodes tsukusensis)是瘤蛾科(Nolidae)白襯夜蛾亞科(Chloephorinae)的成員，分佈於日本、中國與臺灣。本種的前翅為灰綠色底，靠基部1/3處(前中線)有一條內側黃外側白的線條，中室有一個黃褐色小點，靠基部2/3(前中線)有一條內側白外側黃的線條由頂角延伸到後緣靠基部1/2處；後翅雌蟲為白色底，雄蟲為黃色，無其他翅紋。本屬目前共紀錄三種，另外兩種分別為：H. esakii和H. rara。除了太平粉翠瘤蛾外，另外兩種目前筆者尚未檢視到新鮮的標本或生態照，僅根據JPMOTH、鞍馬山的蛾1與數位典藏資料庫標本將三種差異於此略述：1.太平粉翠瘤蛾前翅亞外緣有三條不連續的斜線，而H. esakii則為一條連續直線；2.太平粉翠瘤蛾的前翅頂角較H. rara鈍，且後者的前翅亞外緣似乎沒有明顯的線條(因此鞍馬山的蛾1中的H. tsukusensis應為H. rara之誤植)。後續若有進一步結果會再進行修正。圖中個體來自南投縣仁愛鄉雲之瀑，2011年7月。

A Brief Introduction

Hylophilodes tsukusensis represents one of the three Hylophilodes species in Taiwan and shares very similar wing pattern with the other two. Until now, reliable information on the morphology of the other two species is unapplicable.

Clethrophora distincta (Leech, 1889) 紅裙瘤蛾

紅裙瘤蛾(Clethrophora distincta)是瘤蛾科(Nolidae)白襯夜蛾亞科(Chloephorinae)的成員，分佈於臺灣、日本、朝鮮半島、中國、印尼、印度等地。本種的前翅外緣中央凸出，深綠色底，中室前端有一個黑點，外中線為淺黑色，亞外緣線亦為淺黑色，波浪狀；後翅為暗紅色底，靠前緣處為黃色，無其他翅紋。本屬在台灣僅產一種，即本種，且其前翅與後翅顏色特殊，不易與其他種類混淆。圖中個體來自台八線131K處，2009年7月採獲。

Clethrophora distincta represents the only species of Clethrophora in Taiwan and is characterized by the deeply green ground colour of forewing and red one of hindwing.

Carea varipes Walker, [1857] 蓮霧赭瘤蛾

蓮霧赭瘤蛾(Carea varipes)是瘤蛾科(Nolidae)白襯夜蛾亞科(Chloephorinae)赭瘤蛾族(Careini)，自東方區至巽它大陸與蘇拉維西皆有分佈，如印度、斯里蘭卡、馬來西亞、婆羅洲與台灣、印尼等地。本種的前翅為赭褐色，端部為黃褐色，翅外緣中央向外凸出，亞外緣線為黑色，靠前緣部份較不明顯，後中線黑色，末端直達臀角，靠前緣與後中線內側有一塊三角形黑斑，中室內有兩個黑點，前中線隱約存在，為黑色；後翅為橘黃色，無其他翅紋。赭瘤蛾屬(Carea)在台灣共記錄三種，分別是間赭瘤蛾(C. internifusca)、綠斑赭夜蛾(C. trimacula)與本種，彼此之間差異甚大，辨識容易。在國外，C. tumida與本種的翅紋十分近似，但可由以下特徵區分：1.前者靠前緣與後中線內側的三角形黑斑無法明顯與底色區分，後者可以；2.前者後翅內緣有黑色毛狀鱗片，後者無。蓮霧赭瘤蛾幼蟲主要取食多種桃金娘科植物，胸部膨大，長相特殊。圖中個體來自南投縣蓮華池。

Carea varipes represents one of the three Carea in Taiwan and could be easily identified by its unique wing pattern. Compared to the foreign species,
C. varipes seems like C. tumida but could be diagnosed by absence of dark marking of hindwing.

Eligma narcissus (Cramer, 1775) 臭椿皮蛾

水仙夜蛾 / 臭椿皮蛾 / 旋瘤蛾(Eligma narcissus)目前歸屬於瘤蛾科(Nolidae)，是個翅紋醒目的大型蛾類。依照目前的紀錄來看，該種在臺灣似乎不普遍且數量不多，僅侷限於中部特定地區海拔2000公尺以上的山區才有。該種翅紋十分特別，沒有進似種。
